It covers your business for claims made by third parties for property damage and personal injury. For instance if a client is accidently injured by you or your business operation or if you damage your client's equipment.</p> <p>The minimum limit is &pound;1m, however if you're involved in arranging events or exhibitions, we also offer &pound;2million and &pound;5million. This insurance is only available via this website if purchased as part of our Office Combined policy.</p> <h2>Manual Work</h2> <p>Should you undertake any incidental manual work as a part of your contract(s) for example drilling, cabling, trunking etc then you will require this extension. Any Hard Drive unable to be fully wiped is removed from its unit, recorded, and sent through a HMG Approved Degaussing process. Once degaussed the Hard Drive remains stored within an internal secure cage environment prior to be taken to a secure facility for supervised shredding.</p> <h3>Onsite Data Destruction</h3> <p>Canopus are able to provide Data Destruction solutions on its clients premises, utilising various tool sets. Whether it be software controlled Blancco Data Cleaner+, Verity Degaussing or Mobile Hard drive Shredding. All methods are fully auditable and secure.</p> <h3>Secure Mobile Shredding</h3> <p>This solution provides specialised physical destruction of Hard Drives or Data Tapes at the clients premises. Our specially designed vehicle has an onboard shredder. The process can be witnessed should there be specific highly confidential material requiring secure destruction. The process is fully auditable and secure.</p>
